Refunds and Returns Policy

At Steamboat Fun and Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds process to ensure your peace of mind.

Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging.

Refund Process

Upon receipt and confirmation of your valid return(s), we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item to request an exchange.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer support team at [email protected] or call +1 (970) 761-2334 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

b. Securely package the item, including all original accessories and manuals, and write the RA number on the outside of the package.

c. Ship the package to the following address: 703 Lincoln Ave UNIT B106, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487

Return Shipping

If the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. In other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exceptions and Restrictions

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened software or downloadable digital content.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Board games or toys with missing pieces or damaged packaging.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. For lost or missing packages, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
